Service Description
This service is an in depth discussion of your colour requirements, colour history and analysis of the condition of your hair. Advised before any first colour services with us, this will allow us to assess your hair and carry out tests required, to ensure your colour needs are met and expectations are managed. Patch tests need at least 48hours so please book with this in mind.
Cancellation Policy
I understand life is unpredictable. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, try to let me know within 48 hours. If you inform me of a cancellation less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate you.
